Driven by the success of our flagship product, the <strong>prestressed concrete beam<\/strong>, the company has become one of the <strong>major players<\/strong> in the field of <strong>prefabricated concrete products<\/strong> for buildings. To do this, we have developed a <strong>digital training platform<\/strong>. We wish to use this tool to promote learning in complete <strong>autonomy<\/strong> and during <strong>working hours<\/strong>. Accessible <strong>7 days<\/strong> a week, <strong>modules<\/strong> sorted by <strong>theme<\/strong> and <strong>level of improvement<\/strong> are made available to everyone. We therefore wish to engage in an <strong>established<\/strong> and <strong>structured process<\/strong> of <strong>regular listening<\/strong> to improve the <strong>quality of life<\/strong> at work. We strive every day to engage in a process of <strong>continuous improvement<\/strong> and ensure the <strong>safety<\/strong> of everyone involved.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/zone:zn_text_img [4] --><br \/>\n<!-- zone:zn_text_img [5] --><\/p>\n<h3><b>Wage policy<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>We advocate <strong>fair remuneration<\/strong> for our <strong>employees<\/strong>. For many years, we have adopted an <strong>attractive<\/strong> and <strong>competitive<\/strong> salary policy with the implementation, for example, of a <strong>profit-sharing agreement<\/strong>. Rector has been able to change the remuneration of its employees, by establishing a minimum of <strong>13.24 months&rsquo; salary<\/strong> for <strong>35 hours\/week<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/zone:zn_text_img [5] --><br \/>\n<!-- zone:zn_text_img [6] --><\/p>\n<h3><b>Gender equality<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>The value of the <strong>gender equality index<\/strong> within our company for the year 2022 is <strong>75\/100<\/strong>. This result for 2022 demonstrates that our efforts and our salary policy tend to <strong>reduce<\/strong> the <strong>gaps<\/strong> between <strong>women<\/strong> and <strong>men<\/strong>.
